Is VAT included in the cost of the Bears?
As we are based in Jersey Channel Islands and your order does not exceed £18.00. We don’t have to charge you VAT.
How do I change or cancel an order?
You can change (or cancel) your order providing your Personalised Teddy Bear hasn’t already been processed or dispatched. Contact us by telephone 01534 856931 as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.
How can I pay?
