Regarding my recent order.Well once again you have ‘delighted’ the recipients, my son, niece and nephew with your beautiful personalised bears. Harrison absolutely loved Cuddles and was over the moon that he eventually got one for himself, about time too I say the little man has sent so many out to cousins, friends etc J
The children just love the little passports that come with the bears, my niece is so excited at the moment as she is going on holiday soon and can’t wait to show her bears passport. J

Not only are they wonderful birthday presents to send, they are super for fathers day, just to say hi etc. the list is endless!!!
As you know I order the teddies frequently, due to the fact they are so beautiful, reasonably priced and of course so PERSONAL, but also there is an added bonus, the customer service & delivery is just EXCELLENT!

I would just like to say a BIG thank you and tell you how pleased I am with the teddy bear and also your service. I couldn't believe my eyes when the teddy bear arrived first thing this morning as I had only ordered it yesterday afternoon. The teddy bear I ordered was quite unusual as it is a tribute teddy bear for my father from the grandchildren, he sadly passed away last week. I spoke to a gentleman yesterday who is a credit to the company, such a lovely man, he assured me he would immediately process my order so that I would have the Teddy Bear in time for the funeral, he also added some embroidery that isn't usually used. The Teddy is lovely and a very fitting tribute for 'Grandad', so THANK YOU so much and I definately willl be using this company again and will be recommending you to all my family and friends.

we received our teddy bear last night and have to say that we are delighted with it!! I didn't really know what to expect as I've never seen anything like it before but was pleasantly surprised with it especially the workmanship on the embroidery, there was obvious thought put into the layout of the embroidery!!
